X Feed Country Display + Filter adds country flag badges to posts on X when country data is available and gives you a country-based filter for tweet feeds. You can keep only posts from selected countries or hide posts from specific countries, with quick presets such as US only, North America, Anglosphere, and EU.
The tweek adds a floating settings panel on X.com and twitter.com where you can choose countries, switch between allow-list and block-list modes, and decide how to handle unknown or still-loading countries. Filtering continues on dynamically loaded feed items as you scroll and across in-site navigation on tweet-based feeds.
