Details
Google appears as a full-screen black-and-green CRT terminal overlay with scanlines, flicker, glow, and a retro status display. Searches can be entered from a command-style input, and results are reformatted into numbered terminal entries with titles, links, and snippets instead of Google’s standard layout.
The tweek also adds tabs for All, Images, AI, Products, Videos, and News, plus a custom image grid for Google Images and a separate AI section when Google shows an AI Overview. Commands like help, clear, about, and exit are available, and using exit powers off the overlay with a TV-style shutdown animation and reveals the normal Google page underneath.
