Peatix Full Category Parser and Sender

This tweek adds a floating Peatix Sender panel on Peatix pages for parsing event listings from search or category results, saving a deduplicated queue, and tracking progress as it works through events. It can parse across result pages, open event pages from the saved queue, and show status notifications for parsing, skipped items, duplicates, bad URLs, and completion.

After the user saves a subject and message, the sender can submit that message through eligible Peatix organizer contact forms when the expected controls are present. It skips not-found pages, non-event or suspicious URLs, duplicate events or organizers, and event pages where the required contact form elements are missing.
