FromSmash sequential sender v31 (cross-origin safe reload-resume)

Sends every FromSmash recipient sequentially. After each confirmed send it reloads to the SAME origin and auto-continues. All state is stored BOTH in localStorage/IndexedDB AND in GM storage (per-script, survives any fromsmash.com subdomain switch). File is mirrored to GM as base64 backup. OTP code auto-read via Gmail tab bridge (GM storage) or local http://127.0.0.1:8787 server.
