X Always Full Width changes the X home page layout so the main timeline expands across the available page width instead of staying constrained to the default narrow column. The right sidebar is hidden, giving the feed more horizontal room on x.com and twitter.com home pages.
The tweek also applies the full-width layout to individual posts inside the Home timeline, so timeline cells and post cards stretch with the main column. A browser menu option lets you disable or re-enable the full-width layout when needed.
