YouTube Speed Smart Playback Controls

This tweek adds smarter playback controls on YouTube so you can raise or lower speed in 0.25x steps, quickly reset to 1x, and see YouTube's on-screen speed indicator when the rate changes. It also keeps the playback speed display in the YouTube settings panel aligned with the current rate.

It can remember a separate playback speed for each creator, so videos from different channels can open at the speed you usually prefer for them. The time display also becomes more informative by showing adjusted progress and total watch time at the current speed, and while holding Alt it switches to a remaining-time view with progress percentage.
