GitHub - Gengar EX Pokemon Theme

This tweek restyles GitHub with a Gengar EX Pokémon look, replacing the usual interface with a dark purple palette across backgrounds, text, buttons, links, forms, cards, code areas, dropdowns, and contribution graphs. It also adds glow effects to select elements for a more dramatic Pokémon card-inspired presentation.

On top of the recolored GitHub layout, it adds a large Gengar EX banner below the header, a fixed animated Pikachu in the bottom-right corner, floating sparkle effects, a multicolor bar along the bottom edge, and a Pokémon stats badge in the bottom-left. The result is a decorative site-wide visual theme for github.com rather than a functional change to how GitHub works.
