This tweek adds export for YouTube Watch Later and Liked Videos, plus a visible music filter button for showing only music or hiding it. It also moves duplicate Watch Later videos to the top when they are added again.

Details
This tweek changes YouTube playlist pages to make Watch Later and Liked Videos more manageable. It adds an Export Playlist button on those restricted playlists, so you can download the visible list as a CSV with video titles, channels, IDs, and links.
It also adds a visible Music Filter button that cycles between off, music only, and no music on playlist pages. In Watch Later, if you add a video that is already there, the newly added duplicate is moved to the top so it is easier to find right away.
